COVID-19: On the front line to keep your lights on

Written by Tom Hewson | 27 March 2020

We are here to help keep your lights on.

Every day, since the end of February, we have been working around the clock to prepare for this moment: the COVID-19 outbreak. We have worked closely with our clients to prepare contingency plans that would enable them to streamline their operations, improve efficiency, reduce costs and, most importantly, protect their people.

We have been on site as long as needed and have worked side by side with our clients’ teams to keep their delayed projects moving amongst great uncertainty.

We have accelerated investment in our technologies to make sure we can continue to support them remotely in a secure and efficient space.

Like most of other organisations out there, we have asked our team to work long hours, get their work and families ready for the change and to be prepared to make sacrifices when the time requires it. What kept us going was one certainty:

Banks matter. Our work for them matters. Right here, right now, we are supporting society, jobs, the economy, our families by supporting banks.

We need healthcare. We need food. We need running water and electricity. But we need money in our accounts to buy that food. Healthcare and food companies need access to their account to purchase essentials and deliver services. If payment rails go down and people can’t get their money, or companies can't make or receive payments, society falls apart.

Banks must remain open and we must help. Whether it’s online workshops, consultation services to help you with your contingency plans, or one of our payments, financial crime, strategic transformation services, like our QA managed services led by technology that can help you to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

We are here to help keep your lights on.

Because if banks survive, our society survives.

Contact us to discuss any of the following:

  • Coronavirus response planning, both short term and medium term, across both BAU and portfolio delivery
  • BAU support services, both remote and onsite, including operations and payments systems IT support
  • Rapid response data-led cloud QA services, providing Day-1 Readiness assurance for your critical changes, fast
  • Emergency cloud based communications services, keeping your teams connected in a crisis
  • Transformation delivery services to achieve operational resilience at reduced costs as we come out of this storm

We would be happy to discuss any combination of the above, or anything else we can help you with, to keep your lights on through these difficult times.
